What Elfat Means
Elfat
እልፋት
Amharic · numeral
Ten quadrillion — a number so large it usually exists only in
theory. Here, it is not a goal. It is a measuring line.
Elfat exists to test whether collective, voluntary participation —
driven by curiosity rather than obligation — can move something
abstract into reality, one small action at a time.

The Question
What does it mean to be part of something
that isn't supposed to work — but does?
Not as charity. Not as belief. Not as obligation. As
participation in an anomaly.
Clarity
What This Is. What This Is Not.
This Is
A live experiment
A public counter
A boundary test
This Is Not
A request based on deserving
A promise of return
A moral appeal
No outcome is guaranteed. The value lies in the attempt itself.
Purpose
Why Elfat Exists
Numbers shape reality. When enough people act independently, even the
most unlikely totals begin to form.
Elfat tracks that process — openly, without interpretation. History
contains outcomes that were never supposed to happen. They didn't
begin with permission or proof. They began when enough people chose to
see what would happen if an idea was allowed to exist.

Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 2026 — Elfat Experiment
Elfat is a voluntary, public experiment. By accessing this website or
choosing to participate in any way, you agree to the following terms.
1. Nature of the Project
Elfat is not an investment, fundraising campaign, charity, or financial
product. Participation is voluntary and based solely on individual
choice and curiosity. No contribution creates any ownership, equity,
claim, or entitlement of any kind.
2. No Promises or Guarantees
There are no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, continuation, or
success of the experiment. Contributions do not entitle participants to
returns, recognition, influence, or future benefits.
3. Voluntary Participation
Any contribution or interaction is made freely, without obligation,
pressure, or expectation. You should only participate if you are
comfortable with the possibility that no outcome may result.
4. Use of Contributions
Any received funds may be used including but not limited to hosting,
documentation, and operational costs of the experiment. No detailed
accounting or earmarking is implied unless explicitly stated.
5. Transparency and Tracking
Displayed numbers or counters represent recorded participation as
tracked by the system at the time of display. While reasonable efforts
are made for accuracy, Elfat does not guarantee real-time precision or
permanence of records.
6. No Advice
Nothing on this website constitutes financial, legal, or investment
advice.
7. Right to Modify or End
Elfat may be modified, paused, or ended at any time without prior
notice. The creator reserves the right to change terms, features, or
operations of the experiment at their discretion.
8. Tax and Related Matters
It is the creator's current understanding, based on interpretation of
applicable laws and regulations of the Federal Democratic Republic of
Ethiopia as of the date of publication, that funds received through
Elfat do not constitute taxable income arising from the provision of
goods, services, employment, or commercial activity. Elfat does not sell
products, provide services, or offer financial instruments of any kind.
Participation is entirely voluntary and creates no transactional
exchange, contractual obligation, or commercial relationship between the
participant and the creator. On the basis of this interpretation, no
specific tax obligation is understood to arise from participation under
existing Ethiopian law. This position reflects a good-faith reading of
the legal framework at the time of publication and is subject to
revision if applicable laws, regulations, or authoritative
interpretations change. Participants are encouraged to seek independent
tax advice if they have concerns specific to their own jurisdiction.
9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
This experiment and all terms governing it are subject exclusively to
the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. By
participating, you agree that any dispute, claim, or question arising
from or related to this experiment shall be resolved solely under
Ethiopian jurisdiction. No foreign consumer protection law, financial
regulation, or legal framework is acknowledged or incorporated by
reference. Participants outside Ethiopia participate with full knowledge
that Ethiopian law governs all aspects of this experiment without
exception.
10. Contributions Are Final
All contributions made to this experiment are final, voluntary, and
non-refundable. No mechanism for return, reversal, chargeback, or
recovery exists within this experiment. By contributing, you acknowledge
that the act is made freely, without expectation of return, and that no
claim to refund may be made against the creator, the experiment, or any
associated party under any circumstance.
11. Age and Capacity
By participating in this experiment in any form, you confirm that you
are of legal age to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your
jurisdiction, or that you have obtained explicit parental or guardian
consent to participate. The creator accepts no liability for
participation by minors. If you are unsure whether you meet the age
requirement in your jurisdiction, do not participate.
12. Acceptance
By participating or continuing to use this site, you acknowledge that
you understand and accept these terms.
